Empower Through Sports

The Warm-Up Series

Four short warm-ups to prep your joints and raise your heart rate before any session — pick the one that matches what's coming next.

Three to five minutes each. Use Strength before a lifting session, Runner's before a run, Low-Impact when you need to keep things quiet, and Full-Body as your everyday default.
